YOA MUSICIANS ARE SELECTED ANNUALLY FROM A RIGOROUS AUDITION PROCESS AT LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVELS.

To make this possible YOA has a network of dedicated audition coordinators working in over fifteen countries of the Americas. Auditions take place between the months of December and February. The finest musicians are chosen to participate on full scholarships, to allow for the greatest diversity possible, regardless of economic background or means.
